The public is open to viewing certain information on the forum, but only registered members will be allowed to post. We would like to avoid censorship; however, there are times when it will be absolutely necessary. Our guidelines are available regarding what is permitted. If you ever question the content of your post or others, please feel free to read those guidelines. We reserve the right to remove any posts we believe are against our terms of service.


Signature Guidelines

At this time we are not imposing any signature guidelines for our members. We do, however ask that you extend common courtesy to other members by refraining from anything “excessive” in nature. Signatures that are found to be “excessive” will be given a warning by a Mod or the owner and given time to comply. If the signature action is not taken to comply with the request, the signature will be removed without further notice. For members wanting to increase the speed in viewing, there is an option to disable viewing signatures located in User Profiles. We reserve the right to change this guideline at any time.

As mentioned in the small business owner section, there is an option for small business owners to include either a graphic image linking potential customers to their site or a business link with a small description.

Members must be at least 16 years of age to register. Users of our boards must not use language that is vulgar, derogatory racial or religious comments/statements, or offensive in nature. Any content that is illegal. Any posts linking members to pornographic material will be removed immediately and without notice. We do not allow pictures or links to pictures with nudity. (Exclusions include pictures from the birth of a child or pictures for educational purposes, must have prior approval from a moderator before posting). Harassment is also against the guidelines for this board. That includes, but is not limited to, email or private messages. If the member you are addressing is offended and has requested no contact as a result, further contact constitutes harassment. We do not allow name calling or personal insults. We encourage our members to express opposing view points and refrain from anything that could be seen as abusive in nature. Please take the time to read your posts before you post them to ensure that you remain respectful to the person(s) on the receiving end. Posts that are disrespectful, rude or insulting to other members will be removed.

This is expressly prohibited. This includes but is not only limited to posts, emails, or Private Messaging. Family Miracles Online is a community that is open to the public. Our members are not restricted from posting on other sites, but we do not allow recruiting members to other sites. Members are also not allowed to post links to competing forums. Members are allowed to post helpful links to articles and educational/informational websites.

Family Miracles Online is community created for support. We are very aware that debates can get very heated. For that purpose, we have established a Heated Debate forum for controversial topics. Please post all debates on this forum. Controversial topics posted on other forums will be moved to the debate board or locked. We ask that members remain respectful and orderly at all times. In an attempt to give prominence to our main focus to provide support, we ask that members refrain from posts that are destructive, venomous or disorderly in nature. Any posts that are made simply to “stir the pot” or accentuate a heated issue will be removed. This includes, but is not limited to any topics insulting or antagonizing the moderation team at Family Miracles Online. If you disagree with a decision made by a moderator, you may send a respectful private message or email to a moderator expressing your concerns. If you choose to send profanity, personal insults, or any other abusive messages to a moderator your account will be permanently banned from Family Miracles Online.

We do not allow members to create/establish multiple accounts to be registered at Family Miracles Online (without the owner’s permission). We do not allow impersonating another member’s identity, stealing photos from others, or fictitious posting.

• Any spam, solicitations for money, charitable causes, or other products including diapers, formula, coupons, etc.

• Post research or journalism surveys on our forums.

• Post copyrighted material. If the material is not yours, or you have not received authorization for its use, do not post it. You can post links to articles or information, but ensure you cite the source.

• Use private messages or email to send spam. Please forward any emails or private messages that contain spam to contact Admin at admin@familymiraclesonline.com

• Post the appropriate topic in the appropriate forum.

We ask that our members remain aware that this is a public forum (can be read by anyone). When posting we ask that you be cautious about posting any identifiable information (name, telephone numbers, location). The search engine and reverse phone book is a powerful tool and many use it often. If a member chooses to have their account deleted for any reason a member, we will not be responsible for removing any pictures, posts, or other personal information from the forums.

Although we do moderate our forums, we make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy of any representations made and you agree that you will not hold us liable for any advice given or statements made via our message boards.

Family Miracles Online, LLC. reserves the right to suspend members’ accounts that repeatedly violate our terms of service and to immediately discontinue, suspend, terminate or block users’ access to this site at any time. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to correct any errors or omissions in any portion of the FamilyMiraclesonline.com website.
